Unbanned tomorrow! (Hopefully)
Some of you guys may have ready my thread a long time ago about my rants of being wrongfully banned for a wrong PIN/Password around the beginning or middle of August. More than likely, you didn't read my thread. Oh well. At the end of July, Nexon banned two of my accounts. One was banned for a wrong PIN/Password entered five times and the other for advertising. The one that was banned for advertising has been clarified by a GM as permanently banned because Nexon randomly refunded $40 that I had charged via Paypal and then punished me for it. Lol. Anywhoo...
The account that was banned for an incorrect PIN/Pass just received this email earlier today---

^^^You might notice that the date of creation says 9/16/2010. This is because I had created a customer support ticket the very night that I found out that I had been banned. It didn't get read for quite a while and I got fed up, so I closed it and created a new ticket with a little bit more detail explaining my situation.
I know that at least one person who replies to this thread (if anyone replies, that is) will say that I deserved it for hacking and blah blah bleeehhhahhah.... Please just keep that crap to yourself, sir. I have never hacked, which I stated in my ticket to Nexon. I've spent years on this account, so why in the world would I risk all of that? Whatever.
I'm honestly just happy to have my account back if they really lift the ban tomorrow. I will finally be able to wear my Concerto on my STRless Outlaw and continue my DB and Aran! Yay! And I will be able to work on my Evan and Hunter. I have been gathering some equips (15 att 3% str WG, 10/11/6/8 3line Dep, 17 STR 3 DEX YAC, 19 att 9 str Mshield, 130 m.att 2line Pyogo) for months and I'm so excited to use them on my main characters! Hopefully I will see some of you Yellondians soon! =D

**UPDATE!: Nexon followed through and unbanned my account within 24 hours. I was officially unblocked at around 10:07pm EST Yay OUTLAW!

@SlickShark I'm sure you understand that dedicated players wouldn't let their account go on some arbitrary banning spree, as much as I understand that this is a game. I have other priorities, but when I have some free time, I would like to sit down and shoot up some Newties instead of having to appeal that Nexon fix their mistake. MapleStory, although a game, is a big part of my life for many reasons and I'm happy to be a part of it all again
@aeroshoot Um, that's where they used my name in the email, and I didn't want to leave that space blank, so I put in what seems to be a curse word. It is just my name, though.
Wow, Nexon must really be changing not just game wise, but more like a change of heart. The last the days i've heard 3 or 4 people became unbanned because as it turns out they were innocent after all.

@Bryvx I can't login to the game quite yet, but just to give them the benefit of the doubt, I am waiting until like 10:30 EST tonight which seems to be when they sent the email and said it would be released within 24 hours. Cross those fingers (for both of us)!

I am going to try to help ZeroKnightz to keep the public informed on Big Bang changes, because believe it or not, there are many, MANY misconceptions about the BBP that need to be cleared up for inexperienced players. I'm so excited to experience all of the changes to classes I haven't played in KMS yet.
Thanks so much! I would really like to encourage people to keep on hoping for their account to be unblocked, but this could have all been luck.. Although I've never had much good luck in my lifetime. Oh well.
