Legendary Spirit skill possible to get?
So I'm trying to scroll an item and I don't want to equip it, because it becomes untradeable if I do that and I can't seem to get the Legendary spirit skill at all on my Thunder breaker. Eurek the Alchemist doesn't seem to have the quest for it right now, so I don't know if its a glitch. Is anyone else having this problem?

Wow... I guess somebody doesn't read patch notes, event quests, or look at the new options in their inventory...
Too sum up what you apparently couldn't see, they've done away with the quest and made everyone have the ability to scroll anything from their inventory by default. There's a button along the bottom of your inventory screen, you put the item in the big box and choose the scroll you wan to use. It has different tabs depending on Enhancements, slot recovery, and potentials
You don't need the skill and it was removed with Unlimited. Click the red hammer icon in the bottom of your inventory to scroll items.
It's basically free now, just double click the scroll you want to use.
Scrolling is incorporated into your inventory. Click the hammer icon.
