Mages- Mid range
Pros: High Mp, Decent Mobility, Versatile
Cons: Low Hp, Low Defense

Archers- Long range
Pros: Decent Mobility, Good Buffs, Decent Avoid Rate
Cons: Low Hp, Low Survivability

Thieves- Close range(Shadowers), Long range(Night Lords)
Pros: Good Mobility, High Avoid Rate, Good Survivability (Shadowers)
Cons: Expensive, Somewhat Low Survivability when attacks don't miss (Night Lords)

Pirates- Close range(Buccaneers), Longer range(Corsairs)
Pros: Good Damage
Cons: Low mobility (Buccaneers)

Warrior- Pro: None, Cons: Drk, Pally, Hero
Mage- Pro: F/P, Cons: I/L, bishop
Thief- Pro: Shad, Con: NL
Bowman- Pro: MM, Con: Bowmaster
Pirate- Pro: None, Cons: Sair, Bucc

Bishops are weak.
We need to be revamped HARD.

1) Pros: High survivability, decent damage. Cons: Pretty expensive to fund, short range attacks, for the most part.
2) Pros: Fairly high damage, good survivability, ranged attacks.
3) Pros: Good 1v1 DPS, and good mobbing for MMs. Cons: Low survivability.
4) Pros: Flashy, high mobility, Shadowers are fairly strong unfunded. Cons: Very expensive to fund.
5) Pros: Fairly strong, one of the cheapest to fund.

Just going by the typical perception of these classes:

Warriors:
Pros: High HP, Strong melee atks, High defense
Cons: Slower (?), not very ranged.

Mages:
Pros: High MP, Magic guard gives them increased survivability,both long and close range atks, good mobility
Cons: Dispel can prove fatal to a mage( dispellable mg), low hp

Archers:
Pros: Strong long ranged atks, ok mobility, wanted by parties for SE
Cons: Low hp, very squishy

Thieves:
Pros: Good close range/ long ranged atks depending on the class you pick, good survivability (shadowers)
Cons: Relatively expensive to fund

Pirates:
Pros: Dunno
Cons: Dunno
