Is this phone worth buying?
I was recently robbed and my Verizon Env2 was my only phone. now ive been trying to look for a new phone and iv'e had my eye on the Samsung rouge. now iv'e found one for 23$ atm and im going to wait out the auction but there seems to be some problems with it. BAD SPEAKER. Phone has water damage, has numerous light scratches on entire screen, has few light nicks on top right and bottom right corner of housing but otherwise unit functions as normal. would you buy this phone?

This guy is shopping for cheap phones, just look, $23.
If he had enough money for an Android or iPhone then he wouldn't be looking at cheap deals.

When does your contract with Verizon expire? If it's up soon, they have some really decent free/cheap phones.
Don't buy second hand phones with problems, you're gona regret it.
Either ask your parents to get you a new one or wait til you have enough money. People don't need cellphones unless you need a phone for work purposes.
