They seem like the top-tier funded people given the billions I've spent on getting a "omgsonoob" scrub-tier (by your standard) 10.6k max. Because everyone is able to train 4hrs + using those. and when you give them one their range increases by around 11k.
I also gave up in trying to match those with 25k+ at level 150 or even lower, i really don't feel like spending money on this game at all, so i gotta live with my range, some think its high, others think its crap, compared to almost all shadowers i see, they pretty much brag about their range how they hit or will hit higher than me at my level, and i could care less, i was stating that the average range does vary from world to world and mostly the times you play,because probably the most active ones are those who care about their range, and te not so active(in training) are those who doesnt care so you barely see them.

Even Chickens0up (for want of another example) is 19x and has a what, 30k odd max range and last I checked Signal has something like a 20-25k range or something at late 18x (for more accurate ranges check the SW thread >_&gt.
