How To Get Luk For Evan Easy
I'm pretty poor (only about 3.5m), so I can't afford many +luk equips. I'm only level 35 and I need help. Im on Scania if anyone is willing to help

Shoul i relocate to a different world? I've been considering it
the only time a evan needs luk is when they hit 140 for empress...
and tempest will remove 2nd stat req so dont think you will be there befor tempest...
with that said if it req luk best bet is to use something else... or keep all gear up to date as % equips at x level wil give you int and some luk
but to most part 1~100 doesnt need much equip upgrading more or less just swichin equips as you get them but at 35 not mini equips are with upgrading...
recently i have been equips like so 1~50 finds 50 equips uses then 50~70 uses 70 equip (on all classes usely stoped at 70 for linkz skillz)

I wouldn't worry about getting LUK for equips until Lv100 or so (use maple equips, as they don't require any stat).
However, an upcoming patch "Tempest" includes a part where they remove all secondary stat requirements for all equips. Though, you might have to wait for a month or so for that.
Otherwise, try getting accessories and such that'll slowly add them up. A canonneer link skill is useful as well (+15 all stat).
