Is this a good gaming Pc?

Gaming computer + 2 monitors - $600 (Houston)

Is the graphics card a good one?
Is it worth the money? Its $550 without the monitor(s).
Would I be better off, buying from CyberPower?

It "Runs Skyrim at max, beautiful details" so i'm assuming I can play LoL, Dragon's Nest, and Starcraft II (lower settings), just fine right?
Thanks!
Low and medium are all subjective terms. Anything worth under $100 I would consider pretty low end, $100-$200 would be low/medium, $200+ would be decent and $300+ would be high.
In addition to how a GPU performs on contemporary games, tiers are also split by the manufacturers themselves.

The Juniper-derived HD 5700 cards first appeared three years ago and were intended to play the modern games of its day at medium settings. ATI also categorized them as "performance" cards, sitting between the "mid-range" HD 5670 and the "high-end HD" 5800s. The HD 6700s were demoted during the restructuring of the Radeon naming as a result of AMD APUs and the abandoning of the ATI branding, but were still not categorized as low-end.

With regards to current offerings, the HD 7700s are mid-range video cards because of their relative gaming performance and their comparable placement in the GeForce GTX lineup. Current AMD marketing labels the HD 7700s as "performance" cards while the HD 7900s are "enthusiast" and the HD 7800s are "hardcore." Nvidia also makes distinctions, with the GTS prefix formerly being used to denote mid-range video cards.

Low and medium are actually given definitions. A good example is actually in games; where settings are defined by low/medium/high/ultra.

The HD 6750 plays SC2 near Ultra, but is better suited for High during multiplayer. It is overkill for LoL and Dragon's Nest.

It's still cheaper than what you can get if you build a similar desktop with retail parts and it still has better value than what Cyberpower currently offers. However, I would value that used computer w/o the monitors at $500.

There are some incongruities with the listing. The Radeon HD 6750 cannot fluidly play Skyrim on its maximum graphic settings. There is currently no such thing as DDR5 desktop RAM. The AMD Phenom II X6 1065T is not comparable to any Intel i7, but rather is comparable to first generation i5s and current generation i3s.

I'd also ask for the brand and model of that 750 watt power supply as well as the age of the computer and the age of the upgrades. I have a feeling the power supply is low quality.

It's a pretty decent computer. I have the same GPU and Monitor ( HP 20inch) and i say the GPU is decent for gaming. the thing is a boss; hopefully he throws in a win7 oem or something of the sort.

It's pretty good for the price, but Id still say build one yourself. There could be problems with it that you dont want.
