Im not sure if I was hacked please help D
I try to login after not logging in for over 2 days and my password is invalid. I tried to send a password reset e-mail but it won't go to my e-mail. I've tried everything to get it to work with my e-mail. I know I wasn't hacked because I didn't receive any e-mails about password change or anything. I also checked rankings and my characters are still fully geared. I tried gamelauncher and it sends me to the website. Please help. I made 2 tickets. o.o >.<

Ok I'm not banned, because I logged into my account 2 days ago, then my password was wrong. No capslock isn't the problem. I also don't care if I was hacked, I just want the account.

Exact same thing happened to me, I just assumed I was hacked. I sent Nexon a ticket in December, they responded in a week saying they hoped it'd be resolved in early 2012. I sent them a few tickets after and for months I've received nothing but automated emails

... don't listen to the first troll send a ticket to nexon and search nexon forums/google for similar cases.
This happend to me before, I had to remake my account. Sorry bro :o
