Help me not suck

Alright, so far I've got:

-120 AB set
-6% Dex blue sneakers
-9% dex earrings
-8% dex belt
-Temptest sholder 18 dex 3 atk
-Pres balloon cape
-Angelic Blessing ring
-Crappy temptest ring
-2 AB rings

I have 1b and 36k nx. What is the best thing to do to increase my range?

P.S. I didn't want to get normal gloves because I wanted to be get the Dojo gloves.
