I'm level 171 but only have a range of ~31k when self-buffed >.<

i have around 47k range fully buffed with BaM buffs also at lvl 147

Agree^. We only have that one damage buff skill, but our damage comes mostly from PDR effects from our skills.

Uh I have 55k-69k range (buffed). So TBH it's mediocre. But then again good or bad is what you make of it.

To be honest I don't think that it's that great. You have tons of passive attack and skills that adds towards range. Try to aim for 50k range.

35k self buffed is ok, you'll hit higher than most ds's that you'll come across. But dont let that go to your head, you're nowhere near good (which is about 2x your range) or nice (120k+)
