I'm not actually upset. It's just not a pleasant news. I had 1/5 chance to get the worst loot (bowman obviously) and 1/5 chance for the epic loot (mage pants). Then put the mage pantalones in the shop like a trophy, but now I have no more trophy pants to put in the shop. It used to feel like you won something when you get a mage pants, now it feels like it's nothing special, even later maybe you feel like you got a junk like bowman pants. On top of that my main attacker didn't even get a single pantalones from that run. I don't know what really changed except no more epic loot.
At least Pierre runners I know were disappointed to know they fixed it. They didn't rejoice with the pantless mages.
I don't know how you came to the conclusion that I'm the only person lamenting it. The very first comment on this thread said she's happy she sold the pants before Nexon fixed it. Do you really think she's happy about price of it dropping... If you read the third comment under yours then you will find another disappointed Pierre runner. They aren't THAT rare.
Really, only if they fixed npc lag before they fix mage pants. Then I probably won't care.

@c5548christine: I know how to quote, just didn't seem necessary... >w< While the system of buying empress instead of RA and saving up to get the RA set worked and it DID mean more for the funded bossing groups in terms of profits on the 1 out supposedly 3 times the pants were supposed to drop, I can't actually name anyone I know that does Pierre is actually upset o.o I mean... The groups that I personally know that run it go twice a week per character (sometimes on as many as 3 funded characters who can actually solo) really just straight up don't care. So far you're the only person I've found that is lamenting that Nexon fixed a 2 year old bug...

You have also failed to quote right. Unfortunate mage doesn't need pants to fight, they are best pantless, pants are best when they make lots of meso each. This is why there is emp set, because pantalones are too expensive. You can disagree whatever way you want, it will still be horrible news. </3

I'm not sure why people seem to think this means you make less from killing Pierre, because it doesn't. Prices will drop, yes, but if we're getting more pairs of pants per week it will still average out to be about the same in the end. With how uncommon mage pants were before I'm willing to bet I'll even be making more.

That's cuz demand for archer items is so freaking low in Bera. Archer is easily the cheapest gear out of any class. Mage pants will probs be 100-200m, although that is a significant drop from their current 1b price
