its to late so sign up for summer school, so do i retake it senior year or do i take is in the second semester of junior year? :O

Most colleges in general allow you to retake classes, but depending on the school/department, your add priority could be rock bottom.
Though that shouldn't be a problem, since OP failed his algebra class at his high school, not at said hypothetical college campus.
@Blackest: it depends on the school. They might let you take the class at a CC and transfer the credits over
