Assuming your desktop is the HP P7 1414, then I can tell you that the GTX 650 Ti is not guaranteed to work in your computer.
The stock 300 watt power supply will be pushed to the upper load limits when doing PC intensive tasks such as gaming. Failure from an overloaded power supply can be catastrophic.
Your motherboard and case are compatible. However, you require a power supply upgrade to go along with a GTX 650 Ti upgrade.
It should work. Make sure you've got a PCI-E power cable as well.
