Education Reform
I'm Canadian, so I'm not sure how US education is like, but either way; we need a better education system (P-12). Does anybody have any thoughts on education reform? Perhaps there are some fresh minds out there?

Can you explain some of the key problems we're faced to change?
According to OCED, we are in 13th (technically 11th, not sure why certain regions of China are written separately)
