I can only type with nine of my fingers. I cut one of them pretty bad and got used to typing without it. Kinda sucked at first but now I'm more used to it than the standard way of typing.

With pencils

i dont notice how i type but i used this comment to check and my verdict is that i use only 4 fingers, 2 on each hand. index and swearing finger. im a pretty decent speed typer but i haven't taken a speed test of such

I pretty much use all my fingers but I never keep my two pointers actually on f and j

i place my left fingers on the: asdf keys.
and my right fingers on the: jkl; keys.
and my left thumb on the space.

i use to type like that too lol but I got the hang of using pinkys and middlefingers

Im the same way. I learned the whole asdf jkl; method, but it doesnt work for me all that well. Normally I 2-finger type with my index fingers, but sometimes I 4-finger type with my index and middle fingers. The more fingers i use the faster i go, except for my pinky fingers, cant use those for anything except shift.

I mostly use my middle fingers and index fingers.

My pinkies float in the air though and it looks kinda weird.

i had no idea how i typed so i had to type a little paragraph to figure it out. but i type with both my index and middle fingers on both hands occasionally using my right ring finger.

my left hand types 2/3 of the keyboard for some reason

years of tf2 and league have trained it to be more proficient

I use my closest finger to type, other then thumb = space.

I use the first three fingers on each hand but I have to look at the keyboard and I make a lot of typos :[

In elementary school when every kid was learning how to type (in my school we had a 30min block where we typed each day), I was learning how to play violin. So my typing is kinda sucky. Like 60wpm.

i don't use my right pinky at all and i only use my right ring finger for backspace.

I use my index and middle fingers on both handles, left hand dealing with mostly the left side of the board, and right hand, the right side. I don't know my WPM but it's probably around average, I type at a decent pace, but not super fast or slow, my mom took classes in highschool and must type twice as fast as me, but she looks at the keyboard, I don't.

Sometimes I use just two fingers while typing with both my left and my right hand.

I just look at the keyboard and the keyboard types for me.

I type improperly
I don't use my pinky for anything but the keys at the very end of each row

Probably not but in grade 4 which is the last time I checked my speed it was 96 words per minute.
