Physical Education Story?

What is your [b]story[/b] on [b]physical education[/b], also known as [b]P.E.[/b]?

My story:

When I was in primary school in Malaysia, I [b]rarely[/b] had [b]physical education[/b] classes because my [b]Physical Education[/b] teacher was also my [b]Malaysian Language[/b] A.K.A. [b]Malay Language[/b] teacher and he would [b]change[/b] the [b]physical education[/b] sessions into [b]Malaysian Language[/b] sessions.

I [b]DID NOT[/b] take physical fitness [b]seriously[/b] and as a result my health was [b]declining[/b].

When I was in secondary school in Singapore, the teachers took [b]physical fitness[/b] more seriously and they would [b]always[/b] have their physical education sessions. I was [b]obese[/b] that time and I [b]failed[/b] a lot of the [b]National Physical Fitness Award/Assessment (NAPFA)[/b] test and... I regretted it a lot.

My [b]Secondary One[/b] physical education teacher... I still remember him expecting us to do [b]45 burpees[/b] with little rest and was very exhausting.

My [b]Secondary Two[/b] physical education teacher at least knew his limitations and gave us theory classes which then I knew what [b]was the reason of my obesity[/b]... me being a endomorph.
