What is Phantom?

I'm sure there are some confused people out there wondering: Who is Phantom? Well...
Phantom is the Thief Hero to come in the 'Justice' Update, which came to KMS in December, and is most likely coming in GMS in June. He is the 2nd part of the update, with the Thief and Pirate Revamp coming first.

Phantom is a Legendary Thief, said to be able to steal anything he wanted. However, he does have a soft side, as he is in love with the Empress of Mapleworld before Cygnus, Aria. When she dies, Shinsoo gives Phantom the Skaia, A Gem which is said to glow in the hands of an Empress. After wards, he talked to Freed and became a hero of Mapleworld, sealing the Black Mage with the other 4 and became frozen in Ice. However, unlike Aran and like Mercedes, he still has his memories when he is unfrozen one hundred years later.

In the Present, Phantom is in his flying Ship, the Crystal Garden. In the tutorial, Phantom goes to Ereve for a conference. Thats where a commander of the Black Mage in disguise, Hilla, shows a fake Skaia, stating that she should be the true empress. However, Phantom saves the day by objecting and showing the true Skaia, making Hilla retreat. After, Phantom vanishes in a veil of cards, but not without saying the following words to Cygnus, which were the same he said to Aria, 'You look most beautiful when you smile.' and hands her the Skaia.

Phantom's gimmick is that he could steal skills from Explorers. Using the Beginner skill 'Steal Skill' allows you to select an adventurer and look at their skills. You can only steal skills from each Job level if you have points in each of the 'Talent Of The Phantom Thief' skill. You may NOT steal passive or summoning skills.

But that does not mean that he has his own skills! He has the ability to steal monster buffs, return to his ship anytime (I REALLY like this, because it has no cooldown, you can re pot, and when you return your not in the nearest town, your in the same map! How cool is that?), and even has a beginning passive skill that raises his DEX by 40! He always has attacking skills, as well!
