Unable to patch after 12/6 maintenance

Hey guys, I think if I posted over here at Basil for once to see if anyone over here can help me out here!
Since yesterday's maintenance to fix some of the Luminous issues, I've been unable to play. Once I launch the game (Both by website and game launcher), It opens up the patch screen, great. But it stops at 'Receiving the Patch files... 10.7 MB.' I've let it do this for an hour but it still didn't change. I've:
-Ran a disk check
-Used the manual patcher
-Re installed Maple
But this issue still remains. Any more advice wiser, experienced people can give me here?
I've also seemed to share this issue with a friend of mine.
