You should just get it from big companies just to be on the safe side. Black Fridays coming up soon and thats enough time to save up your money and also it'll be on sale.
I was gonna say Amazon, but you want to exclude that, so maybe ebay. Your best bet for it to be lower than 250 would be on Black Friday from those big companies!
