How to prevent pixelation like this in videos?

The file is suppose to be 1080p bluray , the unpixelated parts are HD tho

if it plays the same scene for awhile the pixels turn into the HD scene but if the scene changes it gets back to being partially pixelated, how to fix this? codecs? its mkv btw
does it include the colour changing too? if it does, i think the file is corrupted or something cause i'm pretty sure that its not the player's or codex's problem if its that screwed up
i know its not corrupted because, theres no possible way, 4 full anime series that i have are corrupted

Have you configured MPC to use MadVR properly? Doki usually doesn't make mistakes like that so I assume it's your renderer not set up right or you don't have the right codecs and filters to play 10 bit videos.

Edit: PM'd you.

I had that problem too. The easiest way to fix it is just to try a new player. After searching for a while, I tried Daum Potplayer. It's free and a little plain, but it works well.
