How does one go to sleep?
Basically for the past days I have been staying up for like 4hours before I go to sleep. And it's getting really annoying. So what should I do to go to sleep?

Think about naked women
Definitely avoid eating carbs for dinner, don't do anything physically or mentally/emotionally stressing and maybe drink a good night tea.

but i think for headaches, its simply a matter of redirected bloodflow. u might b able to just windmill ur arm for a bit. idk tho i dont get headaches too often. i kinda like em tho if its my whole head throbbing. if its balanced, it makes me feel like my brain is really active. Mushi-shi the only anime to give me one. cant wait for season 2 ^^
bit more OT: darkness goes a long way. i've had such good sleeps wen that stupid light outside my window burns out. also sleeping facing a certain way is said to b good for u. i actually felt a lot better wen i switched how i slept on my couch. (beds for suckers <3)

@4evers1n Idk about you OP, but usually music gets me sound asleep. Other times I just listen to a podcast and end up falling asleep because heck its boring. (just don't put it too loud.)
I would usually close my eyes and have the feeling of falling asleep. But the problem was that the feeling became pretty uncomfortable. Like my body was too "peaceful" i guess you could say or calm and i would jerk awake. I usually just feel like im floating and i usually sleep.
I had the same problem last summer when all I did was play Maple all day.
You should try to burn more energy throughout the day. If you're like me and you play video games all day, you should take breaks and go walking around the block or something.

Wow this really works! I closed my eyes and told myself that I wanted to teleport and I was teleported 2 minutes into the future!
