What weapon post red for pallies?
Hi, I'm stuck between buying 2h bw or 1h bw for my pally. I know that post red rosario is going to count as a shield. So can you guys tell pros and cons of the weapons a pally should use post red. Also is sword better than bw or do they have same range multipliers?

1h vs 2h is really about what u can get a hold of, a better shield or a better rosario.
now.
bw vs sword we all know BW are much cheaper. itself and its scrolls, for uniqueness, also
but it really relies on how ur set up.
bw gives 5% ignore def
sword gives 10% critical as a pally which would u like more?
as of now, i have 136% ignore def. idk why. somehow every gear gives double the stats in ignore def
but. since were getting more ignore def already. i would go with sword for the 10% crit. and also ive just bought a nice shield needs cubing tho
but ill keep both weapons tho, i love the animations of the BW and im gona keep my 2h vip bw for show off purposes.
i do have a gear for bossing, and for mobbing, lol

Haha, I cry when I see "S>Fafnir 2h sword 10b" when there are those 2h BW's for that low 500m price, makes me want to go back to my Paladin but I don't feel like it right now :s

I myself am going to just stick with my 1h. (Empress) Just like swords better than BW's. It's just a matter of how these weapons look.
Fafnir 2h would probably be your best bet.
In my personal opinion a Paladin isn't a Paladin without a shield
But to help you out: 2 handed blunt weapons are waaay cheaper than swords (thanks kaisers & heroes) but like kazzooey already said, shields with decent potentials are easier to find than Rosarios + you can scroll shields to give more attack if you got the funding for it. If you decide to go for 1H anyway I'm pretty sure swords are cheaper than blunt weapons because DS can use bw's as well.
Even after the range multipliers and speeds, 2H has a slightly higher DPM than a 1H. But on the other hand, 1H can use shields and shields are much easier to get/find decent potentials on than Rosarios. In the end, they are pretty much neck n neck and come down to personal preference.
