Through creating another channel would be quite simple and within their "budget" (heck even take away a channel from the "20 channel worlds" and give the freed up computer to the 13 channel worlds) for "professional engineers" I don't feel NexonNA would ever do something like that. As for changing the channel empress it seems a much easier and cost effective process. And also empress is suppose to be on ch13 anyway. When try to enter the message at the entrance always says "the cygnus expedition is only available on channel 13"

I support. There are no empress equips in deme except from exports or events.
Its not that we need the chs its just that conditions for facing empress herself should be changed.
