Disconnect at login?

Hey guys,
I was just doing prequests for targa/scar run when a pop up comes up saying that i was blocked by the GM police for the Hack reason.... and i wasn't even hacking or doing anything lol. Sooo now everytime i try to login it says 'disconnected from the login server" anyone know why this happened? or anyone ever have this happen to them b4? thanks!
