Was this buy worth it?/PC

I recently bought a Tinkerer's Yellow Belt for 200M
The stats were:

+13 Str
+20 Int
+17 Dex
+18 Luk
+3 W.Atk
+4 M.Atk
+28 W.Def
+32 M.Def
0 Slots Left
1 Enhancement
0 Hammers used

9% Luk
6% Luk
6% Str
Bonus Potential
+100 M.Def
+2 M.Atk
+50 W.Def
Neb:
[A] +4% All Stats
So can you guys tell me if it was worth it, and if so, how much would the price normally be? Thanks!

You definitely got a good deal (assuming you want to use it), but I would say it's pretty hard to sell and generate a profit. You need to SoK and these kind of equips are outdated. Reinforced belts have 20 attack clean and 30 all stats and only go for 40-50m. They also offer a set effect. If you can afford the reinforced belt, you would use the pendant, which is a bit less (40m) and thus that's an extra 15 all stats for 2 sets. One more equip will give you 30 attack. This is not to mention the custom gollux scrolls.

hm...you asked for a P/C in a different thread....saying your perm nx was 1b....everybody said it wasnt worth it, you didnt bother replying....you post in a different thread asking for another P/C, and you reply to a person that doesn't believe you....you a greedy merchant that likes to show off?

The Unique pot alone with 15L%luk got you about 600m not sure of scania prices
Silly Scania always using 4% All Stat Nebulites on junky items...
But yeah, you should be able to turn a profit. Seems like the guy might've mispriced it on accident.
That actually seems like a good deal. No idea how much that would really go for though (maybe 1b-1.2bil?).
