Assassinate's Usefulness at LHC

How useful is Assassinate at LHC? The reason I ask this is because I'm deciding whether I should max Assassinate or Shadow Shifter first. I am a fan of Assassinate so I do plan to max is out eventually.

I have a 7.3k range and max nate. When I do no-charge nate [macro: Dark sight, nate] nate does ~110k damage with SP. Bstep does the same amount of damage with SP.

If it were easier to spam nate with bstep, it would be worth maxing. Otherwise, chicken out and go for max shifter first.

I'd say its more usefull at LHC than classic mobs, because all damage is applied, whereas at classic mobs they are dead mostly before the final hit, so alot of damage is "wasted". It could be charged every time you finish a mob and walk to the next.

But I also agree SS should come first.

I'll be honest, I didn't consider mobbing, and you both make a good point about pot saving and KB. I was going to go Shifter route anyway but just thought I'd have some opinions before I actually decide, haha.
Thank you my fellow shads, keep training >.

I think you should max out shifter before nate. Having shifter will pretty much increase your dpm by reducing KB and is pretty useful for bossing and overall pot usage buuuut iono man, up to YOU! >D
