Retainer Issue
I haven't worn my retainers for about a week and a half now. I wore them today and my bottom one's fit snugly in while the top one's have a bit of strain. Would it be a problem if I kept them on for a straight week for my top teeth to move back slowly? (I know it'll be painful but I rather take this pain than pay 300 dollars for a new pair of retainers.)

I think you are fine. One time I didn't wear my retainer for about a month but I managed to put it on and eventually, there weren't any difficulties. At first it is really tight and unbearable but after you put them on a few times, it starts to fit.
Your teeth will go back to normal. Don't worry.
Wore mine for a month, then lost them. Oh well.
OT-During that month time when they did feel slightly off the feeling eventually went away.
