Xbox Live Help.

I wanted to renew my account with a 1 year gold subscription using a credit card, when I try to do so it prompts me to put in my Windows Live ID password.

The problem is that I didn't use a Windows Live/Hotmail email to sign up (I used a shaw email account). When I try to put in the password for the shaw email, it gives me an error saying that the password isn't right. I know the password is right because I just signed into the email account a few minutes ago.

I've tried at least 20 times already, a solution would be greatly appreciated.
