Dojo rankings

If I were to do ranked dojo today, would I get gloves? And.. are the dojo counts every 6 hours?
So for example.. once someone gets #1, no one else is able to get #1 unless they beat that person's time? And when should I be doing dojo to get gloves then?
Only the #1 time in the server for the entire week gets #1, nobody else. The fastest time of each class (fastest demon slayer, for example) gets what used to be top 2-10 gloves, the 2nd and 3rd fastest of each class (2nd and 3rd fastest demon slayer) get the former top 11-50 gloves. Nobody else gets any gloves.

Reset is weekly, midnight on Monday, you have to get your time b4 then if you wan't gloves. Otherwise it doesn't matter when you go

Best gloves (Rank 1): Get the best time out of every class.
Second best (Rank 10): Get the best time for your job.
The rest (Rank 50): Get 2nd or 3rd for your respective job.

The count, and reset are both weekly now, as above said.

First person overall gets #1 glove.
First person of each specific class gets the rank 2-10 glove.
2nd and 3rd person of each specific class gets ranked 11-50 gloves.

Everyone else gets nothing. =/

The count is weekly. Only the top 3 are guaranteed gloves. Even if you tie for the 3rd spot, you don't get the gloves if your IGN is put in the 4th slot (I think?)
