Help with job advancement?

Hello fellow basilers. I created a dual blader yesterday, and got it to level 20. Following this guide: http://www.basilmarket.com/show/guide/314 , I found out that I could get a job advancement at lvl 20, which as you can tell, I am. However, the portal that I need to get into to do the job advancement wouldnt let me in. Instead I get a message from Ryden saying "Hey what are you doing? You can't go in yet" Or something similar. Any suggestions? Thanks!.
