confronting friends about things that piss you off
rather not get into detail, but whenever I bring it up he just denies and says he was just kidding. we're good friends to him, and he's awesome too except this one particular problem. Instead of just saying "oh sorry" he talks in circles and always manages to blame it on me. wat do basil?

he'd still have two thumbs to type on his blackberry though
Talk in circles how? Does he try to get you to do something? Or is he just managing to blame you if something goes wrong?
he tried to steal my girlfriend about 2 weeks ago, by asking her why she's dating "someone like me" when she could have "someone like him". I guess if she's into assholes that'd be cool. Did the exact same thing to my friend yesterday, so I thought it was about time I talked to him.
I am being blunt about it. I'll say something like "I'm not trying to fight about it, but if you're aware of what you're doing why don't you apologize and stop doing it?" and he'll say "then why r u fighting about it?" completely avoiding the true context of the text message. We kept fighting about it, and he said "you're coming off as an asshole with your assumptions" when my girlfriend showed me the messages he sent them. It's fact that he did it. I just said "well you are an asshole. bye."
Tell him straight up. I would do that.
be blunt and tell him.
Welcome to my world.
Really, the only thing you could do is just leave him. You really can't change the way he is.
