Cant remove an item from storage box?

So last night i bought a Legendary Royal Decrees from the coin shop on my BaM, then put it in my storage. now this morning, i went on my Mercedes to take it out, it says that the items or money can't be removed and to contact tech support. What happened? is there any way to fix this? cause i know nexon wont reply for a LONG time....
