Lol. Nexon. Lol

I sent nexon five tickets (one after the other one was closed) about how I was falsely banned, and every time they told me the same thing since I was "hacking".
My tickets were explineing that I wasnt hacking, so I on the five tickets I asked them why would they ignore the main point of my ticket (that I wasnt hacking)

this is the response.

"Hello,

We have not been ignoring your tickets. Your issue was already addressed in ticket -1694219, so I will be closing this as a duplicate.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.

This false auto-ban is really getting out of hand. There's a thread with literally over 1000 posts on the Nexon forums about this and the only thing that they've said is that they're looking into it due to the number of people affected. It's taking so long that people are already coming off of their 30 day bans. What's worse is that they haven't even figured out what's causing this to happen. More and more people are coming to the forums every day asking about their log in issue just to find out that they've been banned.

Technically it's valid. If you've partying a hacker, you're benefiting of the hacks, which is against the ToS.

But if you're unaware of the hacker hacking, getting banned for it is pretty darn lame.

Did you provide any actual [b]proof[/b] that your account was not banned falsely? Also i'm not sure but i [b]think[/b] (Don't quote me on this) they can withdraw your ticket-submitting privilege if you abuse the system?

Edit* after reading through more comments I'm surprised how ridiculous this all is. People spam these stupid tickets and then we all sit around going "oh why won't Nexon listen? They clearly hate us." Maybe its because you people send in so many useless freaking tickets?

Hmm....
GM Skelorm did something similar to my ticket.
Nexon still owed me 20k nx from an earlier ticket but never fulfilled it.
They gave me this reply instead.

My guild leader submitted a ticket on behalf of one of our guild members who got wrongfully perma'd, on his own account.

To get out of a perma-ban, you have to be really careful with what you say, and you do have to give a lot of detail.
Same thing happened on my old account, but after writing like a 10 paragraph ticket and sending it in 20+ times, they eventually just unbanned me.
