Nope, not going to since it ruins the eyes like DS did.
Of course you can always just use the symbol face accessory but that will still show up for characters with no bangs/stats aren't as good as other face accs.

I'm getting the markings but i cant decide what hair to get! The default ones both look pretty good to me. Should i choose the regular one or the Suu one?

If I make a Xenon at all, yes I probably will add markings.

I was a little on the fence about this for a while, but I ended up deciding to get them.
