Help with a geometry problem

Find angle DOE
I can't seem to figure out this problem...
I think AD is the diameter...

I got arc BCD with the length of 140.
Add that to 34 you get 174
Divide by 2 is 87, which is the angle of AOE and BOD
Minus that from 180 you get 93
there's your answer

Isn't that 90 degrees?

The quadrilateral has to have one 90 degree angle or something like that and the other side has to be congruent if it is 90.
