you're completely missing the point of what I'm saying
lol ur pretty much saying people who come up with these stories have no business doing so then.
they aren't logical people.

why would the government try to create chaos in their own country? it doesn't make any sense to me.
before you say oil, the american economy didn't get any better after 9/11, did it?
I think you're misunderstanding me. I'm saying that, specifically in the case of 9/11, a lot of people have a hard time coming to grips with the fact that 19 men managed to hijack 4 jet airplanes and subsequently murder almost 3000 people. the crime appears to be above the destructive capability of just a few pissed off extremists, thus the idea of "the government" (which tends to conjure up thoughts of CIA black projects and faceless men in suits) secretly committing the crime becomes appealing to some people.
You obviously have no idea of how capable terrorist groups such as al-Qaeda are. These terrorist groups aren't just a couple of dudes trying to blow stuff up.
I think many conspiracy theories are born from an inherent desire to rationalize events that seem disproportionate. when you think of some horrible tragedy like the holocaust, it makes sense because it required the capabilities of Nazi Germany to carry out the task. but when you think of something like 9/11 or Sandy Hook, you get the sense that the crime is just too disproportionately large relative to the perpetrator(s). I'd imagine that believing in a conspiracy theory makes a lot of people feel comfortable, knowing that "they" had to engineer the whole thing and use every resource at "their" disposal to pull the wool over our eyes
I'm not saying 9/11 is justified but what do you mean the crime being disproportionate to the perpetrator's actions? Do you know what we have done in the middle east? If you did, you probably wouldn't be saying that.

Again, I am not saying 9/11 was justified.
