We are aware of an 11001 error message that occurs when attempting to launch the game from Chrome. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. For the time being, please use an alternate browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.

@fmlx27x: Im sure the chrome users can just use IE to log on then revert back to chrome.

The majority of window users do NOT use IE, they use chrome.
