What's wrong with selling fm spots? I buy the spot and I'm happy I got it since I was too slow to get it in the first place. The seller gets my mesos, whether it be 20-40m and in the end we're both happy. It's a good transaction in my opinion and in the end, we both got what we wanted, me, an FM spot, and them some mesos.

Only worth it if you have a mushie shop. Script kiddies will d/c you, or camp right on top of you with their program running in the background, waiting for you to ~conveniently~ disconnect from the game. There's a reason spot-sellers aren't around long after the game comes up, and somehow I doubt it's because people spend millions on a spot with six people already camping under it. >_>'
