Using azwan coins on which circulators
After saving up my azwan coins and almost reaching lv 30 honor, I am currently undecided with which circulator I plan on using. Do you think it would be smarter to use a few hundred rank 8 ones or should I use 40 rank 1 ones?

So to save coins, while maximizing output would be to get Rank-4.
But since you cant get them anymore, just go for Special.
