One Questioned Personality Test
Would you rather let your friend die NOW (natural causes) or kill them yourself in 10 years? They don't know about this choice so if you kill them, they'll die thinking you wanted them dead. However if you pick the "now" answer they'll be short 10 years. Yes you can choose how to kill them but she has to know that you killed them.
