should I get a ps4 on black Friday? So I worked many hours last week, pretty close to almost the same amount of hours this week and I was wondering should I get a ps4, im not much into online gaming these days so I would either do local multi-player or single player modes, the thing is I have a decent Sony LCD and hdmi cable, but I just haven't been able to stand buying a game on ps3/Xbox 360 to beat it in a few weeks time and see the price plummet below half of what I paid which was fair or cheap to begin with. im into a variety of games really, but mostly shooters, RPGs and an occasional non-super realistic racing game, if I do get one I plan on getting an extra controller (also on sale on black Friday ) and a few games (I would probably
is there any hope for Xbox 1 competing with Ps4? so far it seems like Xbox 1 doesnt stand a chance, i mean, ive heard being charged when you play used games, and being required to be online every so often, not to mention im sure they will keep charging for online, ive never thought of Microsost/Xbox as the winning team in the console wars. yes you could bring up games for one system or another, but my point is anything in the way of features/lack of features/inconveniences, and the extra $100 sticker price. im not getting either anytime soon, id just like to hear thoughts on how you guys think the continuing console war (if you can call it such) will go.
how long do you think itll be until PS4 and its games costs gets reasonable? I have rarely paid full retail on home console games, in fact most of the time I prefer to pay $20 or less per game, otherwise I'd probably get really upset at diminishing value (one would have to buy games soon after release and go through them and sell them quickly otherwise), I've just never had thebudget for that, nor have I ever preferred to go through games quickly (I like to get full or near full completion and enjoy all a game has to offer), at any rate, this is just an inquiry as I have a virtually new PS3 right now anyway and will be going through all the undervalued games while playing the waiting game. My guess is around 1.5-2 years before price of PS4
