Wheres the Guide Submission Link?
I was under the impression that you didn't have to make your guide as a thread first and report it to make a guide anymore. I've heard you can just acquire this link from asking the mods or something? Does anyone have this link, because I submitted a ticket awhile ago and haven't gotten a response.

Like I said in the original post I'm pretty sure you don't have to do that anymore if you don't want to, and there's a straight to guide link. But I'm not positive.
