Panic on bosses

I heard not being able to Panic a boss is a glitch that will be fixed later on. I would like confirmation on this, as well as an answer to the following:

Is this glitch based off of kms or is this nexon's glitch?
If this really is a glitch, how long until it's fixed?

I would love to blind a boss I could finally solo dojo pq as well as Chance Attack giving a huuuuge boost to bossing!
