Glitched Portals in Mushroom Kingdom

As of right now my main is glitched in Mushroom Kingdom after killing the Prime Minister. I accidently used Silver Hawk and when it timed out right as I went through the portal and now I'm stuck in the next area. I've seen people go through the area but I'm still stuck. I've logged out and in, tried using town returns, and changing channels but nothing works. You can't use town returns in this area and you can't change channels. T^T I really want to get back to playing my main. Does anyone know what to do to get unglitched?
