Do you mean when he turns red and starts tele-ing around? When he turns red and explodes in and out of the background, his umbrella smash is meant to be death.

Yeah, happens to everyone. Not sure if it's normal or what. Also, when he's in the Red hat and does that teleport attack, it just looks unnatural how he moves while he's in that burning look, and then attacks. o.o
