Diet Help?

Alright so right now I'm a senior in high school and I'm starting to realizing that I'm putting on some weight cuz I eat out for lunch everyday. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Right now I can only go to places in or near my town, so the places available are Mcdonalds, subway, wendys, Tedeschis, Sorrentos (pizza shop), T.C Landos (sub shop), and dunkin donuts. As you can see most of these places are quite unhealthy and I dont think its good to keep eating at these places all year. However these are the only places available and I can't eat the school lunch because theyre so small that I would end up spending around $7-$10 each day.

Basically anyone got some suggestions on what I should do or just eat at the most healthy option I have available (i'm thinking subway)?

Thanks

Seems like you took some offense to that? You're not gonna throw a handful of marshmallows at me?

it's not easy trying to eat healthy because you can get a huge meal at mcdonalds for like 5 bucks and a healthy lunch could be smaller and more expensive.

you gotta be willing to make some sacrifices ;o

Make your own lunch. It's better. Seriously. Learn how to cook. Your significant other will love you for it later on in life.

If there's some sort of farmer's market or such - buy fruits/vegetables.
