Really Nexon? Really? new set
You just HAD to allow us to get this set that blows the tempest set out of the water AFTER everyone had gotten their kaisers/lumini (pronounced lu-min-i) to a high enough level that they couldn't just remake their kaiser/luminous! Sure the angelic busters will have an easy time, but what the hell Nexon! Why did you do this? There's no way I'm getting rid of a level 141 or level 145!

You think I'm actually going to waste my time going all the way to 145 and 141 again?
Not as good as the Tempest set because the Tempestuous set requires you to wear all 13 items.
@happyshrimp: How am I hacker or scammer. The set sucks. Emp partial set owns that and that's inexpensive. With tempest events, it's easy to make money. Not my fault you're poor and lazy. Sorry for the fact you don't know how to make mesos.

The temp gear and this set sucks anyways. It's only for the unfunded. Whatever gears anyone had prior that they funded their class with is better than that stuff.
Ok, first off, set effects stack. Second, this gear clearly outclasses the tempest gear. And third, unless it lets me just get them because I'm already that level, I'm pissed.
Does it say you have to make a new character? all I see is lvl13+
13/13 or 8/8 hmmm. 13/13 is better because its just levels, but the tempest require tons of coins which could've been used wisely.
