You should be able to, i usually spam leap tornado on the arms, then finish the top 2 arms with ishtar, as well as the bodies.

I would recomend getting more Dex % of course, you can buy an extra pendant slot for more Dex %, as well Empress equips bonus. This weekend thereis a hot time with 50% chaos of goodness scrolls, so if you have multiple accounts, you can make out like a bandit.

Whats your range? You need about a 25-30k range to solo effectively
