How to perfect a weapon with Tempest?
Hi all! I recently bought a Empress Staff (1 magic attack less ) and wanted to perfect it. How should I use the Tempest shop to do this? I've been trying to 20% + Slate it but that hasn't been working out. 4 20%s failed so far and took about 10 clean slates (took a long time to farm that many coins on different characters) to get it back to 8 slots. What should I do?

I was looking forward to the 20% slate on the Christmas eve hottime but only 10 people will recieve
I didn't equip it yet because.... err for that reason. In case I had to transfer. No luck so far with the 20%s. What can I do if I maxed out my slates?
both WS and prot (SW) are gone I was going to use shield scrolls but.... they're gone too o.o
White scrolls don't exist anymore. Anyways, 20%'s and clean slate.
I don't know if I want to keep using 20%s and slates because there's a 5-buy limit on slates.... per character
Just keep at it man, it'll take some time but in the end it'll be worth it.
That's pretty much the only way to do it without buying NX for Shield Scrolls.
