What are angel ray skill books for? Rather, why do they still exist? I thought they were obsolete and had been removed from the game, but I just got one from a Hilla run for some reason. :/ Edit: This is not a mastery book, in case that wasn't clear. The purpose is to actually teach angel ray to a Bishop that does not have it yet. But to my knowledge, after big bang all bishops have angel ray by default. hence the confusion.
